Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

We keep cancellations simple and fair. This policy explains how to cancel or change your EUROMOTION booking and what (if anything) is charged.

1. Free Cancellation

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup β€” full refund, no questions asked.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are charged the equivalent of one day's rental. The remainder (if prepaid) is refunded.

3. No-Show

If you do not arrive for pickup and have not contacted us, the booking is treated as a no-show and one day's rental may be charged.

4. Changes & Modifications

Need to change dates, times, vehicle or extras? Just message us β€” modifications are free and subject to availability.

5. Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. How to Cancel

The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your booking name and dates, or email [email protected].
